Is each company data private?
Yes. Every property company gets its own workspace. Staff and tenants only see records for that company.
Can tenants see the full system?
No. Tenant logins open a portal for their own flat, invoices, and payment status — not company-wide admin screens.
Does RentalX handle EWA?
Yes. You can enter meter and municipality figures, settle with rent or on a separate cycle, and show clear amounts on invoices.
How do payments get recorded?
Managers can record payments with references. Tenants can also report “I’ve paid” for staff to accept or decline.
What happens after signup?
New workspaces stay pending until Impluseidea activates them. After activation, the company can add buildings and start billing.
Do I need my PC on for the website?
